Why This Role is Different

We don’t care about a 5-page resume or decades of corporate sales experience. We hire drive, grit, and an obsession with winning. If you are early in your career, a recent college graduate, a former competitive athlete, or someone who has achieved something exceptional in your life through sheer work ethic—we want you.

We don't expect you to know real estate on Day 1. With over 150 hours of 1-on-1 training and mentorship during your onboarding, you’ll master a proven acquisition system alongside experienced investors. We hand you the tools, the inbound leads, and the playbook—you just bring the drive, consistency, and competitive edge.

Your Mission

Acquire high-quality real estate deals by building authentic trust with homeowners, uncovering their motivations, and driving contracts to the finish line—with integrity, urgency, and grit.

Who Thrives Here (The Profile)

  • The Achiever: You have a track record of excellence in something (e.g., captain of a sports team, founded a campus club, worked 30 hours a week while maintaining a high GPA, or crushed a junior sales role
  • Coachable & Curious: You check your ego at the door. You take feedback constructively, implement it instantly, and love the process of getting 1% better every day.
  • Resilient: Rejection doesn't faze you; it fuels you. You have a "next play" mentality.
  • Competitive with Yourself, Collaborative with the Team: You want to be the top earner on the leaderboard, but you also cheer for your teammates' wins.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build Rapport: Connect with homeowners (primarily B2C distressed sellers) to understand their situation and see how we can help.
  • Negotiate & Close: Run due diligence, present solutions, negotiate terms, and lock up contracts.
  • Continuous Learning: Show up daily for sales huddles, 1-on-1 coaching, and accountability sessions.
  • Scale Up: Align offers with the best exit strategy—wholesale, flip, or development—and collaborate with our team to ensure smooth closings.

What Success Looks Like (Your Growth Path)

  • Months 1–3: Master the playbook, soak up your 150 hours of training, and lock in your first few deals.
  • Months 4+: Consistently close 4–6 contracts/month (generating $120K–$150K+ in company gross revenue from your deals).
  • The Long Game: Graduate from residential deals to larger land & development deals, scaling your skill set and your commissions.

Compensation, Perks & Wealth-Building

  • Year 1 OTE: $85,000 – $100,000 (backed by a $75,000 salary guarantee while you learn and ramp up).
