Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Account Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is designed for an early-career professional who wants broad exposure to sales, customer engagement, partner relationships, and business operations. This role will provide hands-on experience across lead generation, customer adoption, product demonstrations, account support, and internal process improvement.

The ideal candidate is curious, organized, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to work in multiple aspects of sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target markets, customer segments, and strategic partners.
  • Generate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and email campaigns to engage prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate prospect, lead, and opportunity data in CRM systems.
  • Support customer discovery calls, product demonstrations, sales presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, resellers, partners, and key accounts while supporting account management activities.
  • Prepare customer-facing proposals, presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
  • Support internal sales processes, cross-functional initiatives, and special projects that drive company growth.
