We design and install modern security systems, data cabling, and cloud-based solutions for businesses across the state. With over 15 years in business and rapid growth year over year, weโ€™re expanding our sales team to support new opportunities and client success.

Weโ€™re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will focus on generating and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, helping our Account Managers build relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the growth of the business.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to identify potential clients.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Managers.
  • Research and engage decision-makers across IT, facilities, construction, education, and commercial real estate.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and sales leadership to help achieve team goals.
  • Support Account Managers with account research, follow-ups, and light administrative tasks.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Coachable with a growth mindset and a desire to build a career in sales.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
  • On-site availability in Walnut Creek (Monโ€“Fri, 8โ€“5). This is not a remote role.
