We're hiring entry-level Financial Sales Consultants for our remote team. You'll help families find the right financial protection for their needs — by phone and Zoom, from wherever you call home. No finance or insurance background needed. We'll train you and get you licensed.

What you'll be doing

  • Contacting warm inbound leads — people who've already asked for help protecting their families
  • Running phone and Zoom consultations to understand each client's needs and budget
  • Presenting coverage options from a network of 60+ carriers
  • Following up consistently and managing your own daily activity
  • Attending weekly virtual training with a dedicated mentor
  • Working toward team leadership and override income over time

  • $800–$1,200 commission per closed sale

  • Life and Health Insurance License required before start date (or real willingness to get one — full support provided)
  • Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls
  • Available at least 20 hours per week
