To succeed in an entry-level position, you typically need a high school diploma or relevant degree, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to learn on the job. Familiarity with productivity tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is commonly expected, and some roles may require specific certifications or training relevant to the industry. In the first few days, it's common to receive training sessions from HR and direct supervisors, as well as shadow more experienced colleagues to gain hands-on experience.
