Job description

Robert Half is partnering with a Global Agriculture Organization base in Oregon looking for an experienced In House Counsel to support their team! This opportunity is for someone located in Oregon state with their license active and in good standing


Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including nondisclosure agreements, customer contracts, and vendor arrangements.
  • Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle, from initial intake and redlining through execution and follow-up support.
  • Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on day-to-day commercial matters affecting business operations.
  • Address a backlog of legal projects and help advance work that has been delayed or placed on hold.
  • Partner with business teams to support customer and supplier relationships through clear and practical contract advice.
  • Contribute to corporate legal work, including matters related to entity structure, governance documents, and bylaws when needed.

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • Demonstrated background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts independently.
  • Experience supporting NDAs, customer agreements, vendor contracts, and other related commercial documents.

The salary range for this position is $50-80/hr DOE. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
