Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, we operate nine sawmills in Western Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia. We also manage timberland and operate a wholesale and import/export division.

We are offering a total of $1500.00 Hiring Incentive as follows: $750 after 6 months of employment; $750 after 12 months of employment (subject to your current tax rates).

All candidates offered a position are required to pass a drug test.

This position's primary function is to keep the facility clean to eliminate safety and fire hazards. This is a full time entry level position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced equipment in the facility to cover breaks. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site’s target goals.

  • Pick up slabs, sticks, sawdust, and chips off lower mill floors
  • Assist with dust mitigation
  • Maintain a safe environment and comply with all safety policies and procedures
  • Apply good housekeeping standards to your work area or any area you observe

  • All candidates hired required to pass a drug test.
  • Good communication skills through writing, speech and hearing
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Sawmill experience preferred but not required
  • Must be willing to learn new skills
  • Lifting is 20-30 pounds on a continuous basis

  • Be self-motivated; goal-oriented
