Job description

Territory - Orlando, FL

Must be bi-lingual/Fluent in both Spanish & English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage relationships with physicians, office staff, and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive new business growth through prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling meetings.
  • Educate medical providers on SimonMed's imaging services, providing in-service training and materials.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing targeted sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities to expand business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, managed care policies, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to optimize service delivery and customer engagement.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Driven, self-motivated professionals with a passion for sales and relationship building.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record in sales (healthcare or medical sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Must reside within a 30-mile radius of the assigned territory and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (medical sales preferred but not required).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking. Good visual and auditory acuity as well as good manual dexterity and the ability to be readily understood are essential. Must be able to work in an environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
