Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our remote team. This role is ideal for recent graduates, candidates with career gaps, early-career professionals, and career switchers who want to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, process improvement, and real-world project environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and process workflows
  • Analyze business processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing business solutions
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track defects/issues through resolution
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
  • Maintain organized documentation and knowledge repositories

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, IT, Finance, or related fields preferred)
