Job description

Energy Hydraulics (a SunSource company) is a full service industrial hydraulic repair and exchange facility. We currently have a great opportunity for an entry level for a Customer Service Representative based in West Monroe, LA.
We are specifically looking for an energetic customer service representative who possesses a drive to achieve in a fast-paced work environment. Your success in the role will be dependent on your skills and ability to:
  • Must have a positive upbeat attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations and multi-line phone system is helpful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Effectively communicate with individuals/departments to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
  • Background in Customer service and knowledge of industrial repair operations would be helpful, but not necessary
  • Detail-oriented individual to prepare accurate work/records in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for customer information requests/reports
  • Obtaining and approving customer purchase orders/approvals, etc
  • Follow up and follow-through skills are key
