Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, may also be new for some. To overcome these challenges, it's helpful to communicate regularly with team members, seek feedback, and stay updated on marketing best practices through trainings and industry resources.

Entry level hybrid marketing roles often involve using digital tools like social media and email, along with traditional methods such as events and print advertising, requiring skills in communication and basic marketing platforms.

Candidates can improve their chances by gaining basic knowledge through online courses or certifications in marketing fundamentals.
