We're looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing residential and commercial service team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
  • Inspect heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment.
  • Clean and replace filters, and other maintenance components.
  • Identify potential repairs and communicate findings to customers and management.
  • Complete maintenance reports using company software.
  • Recommend repairs or system improvements when appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service at every job.

Qualifications

  • HVAC experience preferred (entry-level technicians with HVAC schooling are encouraged to apply).
  • EPA Certification is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
