Shook Heating & Cooling is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced installer who is ready to take on a leadership role and contribute to high-quality residential HVAC installations throughout the Metro Detroit area.

We offer our Lead HVAC Installation Technicians competitive hourly pay ranging from $22 to $35, based on experience, and provide all required tools. We're also proud to offer our comprehensive benefits package:

THE TYPE OF LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years of experience as a lead installer
  • Must have the ability to install a furnace and air conditioning unit on your own
  • Must have the ability to lead and inspire a team

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Enjoy consistent hours and weekends off.

As our Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you'll take charge of a two-person team to install heating and air conditioning systems across the Metro Detroit area. This position includes new construction HVAC installation projects.
