Immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate - Picker in the Dayton, OH area!

11th Hour Staffing Inc. is a family-owned-and-operated business that is passionate about recruiting, customer service, and our community. We are positioned to be your one-stop staffing resource for all your hiring & employment needs from entry-level to executive, spanning across all industries. 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Print and stage work orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  •  Document all materials pulled from inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Pull and replenish daily point-of-use bins; consolidate inventory in designated storage areas.
  •  Notify supervision of any inventory discrepancies or negative on-hand issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to ensure a safe working environment.
  •  Load and unload trucks as needed; ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
  • Operate standard and stand-up forklifts to move and manage inventory

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is required.
  • Ability to drive both standard and stand-up forklifts is required.
  • Previous experience working with systems similar to UPS & FedEX systems. 
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle hazardous materials safely and follow all safety protocols.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy items; stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30AM-4PM 
Pay: $19/hr
