Job description

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist with posting job advertisements and reviewing candidate resumes based on job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct phone interviews for entry-level positions
  • Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with the appropriate business unit managers
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with the background screening processes
  • Assist with maintaining recruitment data
  • Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and industry outreach initiatives
  • Assist in organizing all aspects of employee records and HR files and in verifying proper completion of compliance documentation
  • Assist with updating company policies, manuals, and job descriptions
  • Assist in scheduling and logging both internal and external employee training
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team

Required Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and strong ability to follow through
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking systems preferred
