Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Lead physical inventory processes with sales teams, ensuring accurate field inventory levels through proper collection, review, and filing of all necessary documentation to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Execute critical inventory adjustments, process sales orders, and coordinate replacement unit facilitation while working directly with the sales force to maintain accurate field inventory records.
  • Partner with multiple departments including Customer Service, Credits & Returns, and Contracts to achieve division field inventory goals while demonstrating exceptional teamwork and collaborative skills.
  • Provide technical assistance to sales teams for field inventory technology issues while managing data entry and tracking for inventory returns, shipments, and physical counts.
  • Complete additional projects across the Field Inventory division with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic inventory management environment.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive, driven, and thrives on challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheet, word processing, and database software in a Windows environment.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Some college or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of business operations or business processes.

Salary: $21.10 - 32.70 USD Hourly plus incentives.
