PTI Security Systems, part of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions’ Self-Storage business area, provides access control and security solutions for self-storage operators.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Coordinator.

Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator supports PTI’s day-to-day HR operations in Kennesaw, including the employee lifecycle, HRIS, payroll and benefits support, recruiting, compliance, audits, employee inquiries, and employee engagement.

This role is on-site Monday through Thursday, with Friday work-from-home flexibility.

No travel is required.

What you will do…

Coordinate new-hire activities, including documentation, system access, orientation, and internal communications. Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential personnel records and process routine employee changes.
  • HRIS, Benefits & Payroll Support. Maintain accurate, complete, and current employee data in the HRIS. • Recruitment, Engagement & Employee Experience. Coordinate job postings, applications, interviews, pre-employment steps, and offer documentation. Maintain professional candidate communication and partner with hiring managers to keep recruitment moving. Support engagement, recognition, well-being, and retention activities and recommend employee-experience improvements.
  • Compliance, Process Improvement & Team Support. Maintain required employment records, notices, and documentation and track recurring compliance deadlines. Audit employee data, benefit eligibility, payroll information, and personnel records. Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, workflows, job descriptions, templates, and resources. Occasionally support office and cross-functional needs as capacity allows, including shared administrative, customer, or team priorities.
What we expect of you…
  • Education & Experience. Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Professional Competencies. Employee-focused, approachable, and able to communicate clearly and professionally. Organized and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn and grow in Human Resources. Collaborative and adaptable, with strong ownership, follow-through, and willingness to pitch in as a team player.
What you can expect from us…
  • Generous and competitive total rewards package.
