Department 10043 HRIS Pay Range $82,222.40 - $137,051.20 Shift: Day The HR Analyst will be responsible for performing various tasks within our Human Capital Management system, such as data and integration audits, reporting and analytics, functional and system design and administration in support of Human Resources. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Business or HR, Information Systems or related field Minimum Work Experience 2-3 years operational experience in Human Resources OR 2-3 years functional experience in HRIS systems (Workday, Oracle HCM or other HRIS/ ERP systems) or data analytics. Data Management and Reporting Assist users with system related data and analytic inquiries. Gathers and documents report requirements, adjust or develop reports. Prepare and distribute monthly, annual and adhoc reports. Review Report output for accuracy and resolve identified data entry issues appropriately. Assist with the daily administration of Workday and other applications to improve data integrity, quality and usability. Ensure data integrity and security of employee data. User Support & Experience Provide first level support for all end users related to systems. Provide functional and administrative support for Workday and other HR applications. Processes mass data transactions and corrections. Assists in development of Job Aids, Standard Operating Procedures and Training resources for end users and internal customers (e.g. HR Department, HR Service Center, etc). System Optimization and Problem Resolution Research, support, troubleshooting of HRIS system. Analyses system issues, researches and provides best practice solutions to internal customers and assists in the implementation of enhancements that create efficacy in support to CNMC mission. Assist in the full system development life cycle (Planning, Requirement analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance) of new HRIS modules that will enhance the functionality of HR systems. Project Management Assists in the coordination of project related tasks, such as: Meeting schedules, meeting notes, project plan etc. Establishes and maintains project related documentation in SharePoint. Non-Essential Function: Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
