What You'll Do

As an Executive Protection Agent, you'll provide close protection services while supporting executive leadership in a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide executive protection for designated principals
  • Conduct protective advances and operational planning
  • Protect executives, staff, facilities, and sensitive assets
  • Identify threats and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond confidently to emergencies and evolving situations
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation
  • Support investigations and field interviews when required
  • Assist with project management and security operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training and operational readiness
  • Work collaboratively with executive teams and fellow agents
Required Qualifications

We're looking for professionals with outstanding emotional intelligence, professionalism, and operational experience.

Required:

  • Valid California CCW
  • BSIS Guard Card and Exposed
  • Valid Passport
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to legally possess a firearm
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of physical fitness and professional appearance
Preferred Experience

Highly qualified candidates may possess experience in one or more of the following:

  • Executive Protection training from a reputable academy
  • Corporate Executive Protection to include driving and close protection experience
  • C-Suite protection
  • Domestic and International travel experience
  • Advance work and protective intelligence
  • EMT, First Responder, Paramedic, 18D, or Navy Corpsman experience
  • Physical security systems and CCTV
  • Technical security countermeasures
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • After Action Report (AAR) writing
  • Leadership and project management
