WE Developments is actively hiring two Entry Level Marketing Assistants to join our growing team in Detroit, MI. This is a great opportunity for motivated candidates who are looking for an entry-level role with hands-on training, weekly pay, career growth, and real-world experience in marketing, promotions, customer service, and business-to-business sales.


No prior marketing experience is required. We provide full training for candidates who are energetic, coachable, professional, and ready to grow. As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing, sales, and promotional campaigns while helping build brand awareness and customer relationships.


Entry Level Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Support business-to-business marketing and sales strategies
  • Engage with customers and prospective clients in a professional, friendly manner
  • Help generate leads and increase customer interest in client products and services
  • Represent brands at events, outreach locations, and promotional campaigns
  • Assist with creating, organizing, and distributing promotional materials
  • Support event coordination for product launches, networking events, and campaign activities
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new marketing ideas and campaign improvements
  • Conduct basic market research on competitors, customer trends, and industry updates
