Job description

Apollo Men’s Health is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner who is familiar with hormone replacement therapy,  in both male and female patients to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, examinations, and consultations for patients seeking hormone replacement therapy, DOT physicals, weight loss, and some aspects for primary care.
- Collaborate with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' medical history, symptoms, and laboratory results.
- Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy, including testosterone replacement therapy, estrogen replacement therapy, and other hormonal medications.
- Assess and evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust therapy as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide patient education on hormone replacement therapy, its benefits, potential risks, and side effects.
- Assist in monitoring and managing patients' ongoing hormonal health, including regular follow-ups, lab work, and medication adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, referrals, and further diagnostic testing as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest research, developments, and treatments.

Qualifications:
- Valid and active Nurse Practitioner license in TX.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Experience in hormone replacement therapy in both male and female patients (preferred).
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work within a team and collaborate effectively.
