Buckhead, Atlanta, GA | Part-Time or Full-Time
Build Your Practice Inside a Thriving Luxury Aesthetics & Wellness Destination
A premier luxury spa and wellness practice in Buckhead is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join and help grow its aesthetics and wellness division.
This is an opportunity for a provider who wants more than a traditional position. We're looking for someone who combines clinical expertise in aesthetics and wellness with the drive to build a strong personal book of business within an established, high-end practice.
The position can be structured as part-time or full-time depending on the right candidate, with significant financial upside tied to growth and performance.
Aesthetic Services
The ideal candidate will have experience providing:
  • Neuromodulators including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or similar products
  • Dermal fillers
  • Biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse
  • PRF / PRP treatments
  • Facial assessment, balancing, and individualized aesthetic treatment planning
  • Comprehensive aesthetic consultations
  • Combination treatment plans utilizing multiple modalities to achieve natural, elevated results
Wellness Services
The provider will also support and grow the practice's wellness offerings, including:
  • Hormone optimization and hormone replacement therapy
  • Peptide therapy
  • Comprehensive wellness consultations and patient assessments
  • Ordering and interpreting appropriate laboratory testing
  • Developing individualized wellness and treatment plans
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment protocols as appropriate
  • Patient education and long-term wellness management
We're Looking for More Than a Provider
The right candidate will be excited to grow a business, not simply inherit a schedule.
You should be comfortable:
  • Developing and maintaining your own patient following
  • Building strong relationships that drive retention and referrals
  • Actively growing both aesthetic and wellness patients
  • Networking within the Buckhead and greater Atlanta community
  • Participating in practice events and community outreach
  • Creating professional and educational content
  • Developing your personal brand and social media presence
  • Marketing yourself and your services in partnership with the practice
  • Converting consultations into comprehensive, long-term patient relationships
  • Cross-promoting aesthetic, wellness, and spa services when appropriate
Ideal Candidate
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Georgia
  • Hands-on injectable experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and PRF/PRP
  • Experience in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, functional/integrative medicine, or wellness preferred
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy, consultation, and aesthetic treatment planning
  • Excellent patient education and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
  • Professional, polished, and comfortable working with a luxury clientele
  • Strong relationship-building and patient-retention skills
  • Comfortable with self-promotion, networking, social media, and community engagement
  • Motivated by clinical outcomes, exceptional patient experiences, and practice growth
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This is an opportunity to develop a personal aesthetics and wellness practice within an established luxury spa environment, with an existing clientele and strong potential for internal cross-referrals.
You'll have the ability to bring together injectables, regenerative aesthetics, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and wellness to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients who want to look and feel their best.
Part-time or full-time opportunities are available. Compensation and structure are negotiable based on the right candidate, with excellent financial upside and growth potential.
Apply
Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief introduction.
Tell us about your aesthetic and wellness experience, your current areas of expertise, and what you're looking to build in the next stage of your career.
