Telehealth Physician For Hormone Replacement Therapy

Dr. B is a pioneering telemedicine platform that's revolutionizing healthcare accessibility across the United States. Our mission is to break down traditional healthcare barriers by offering convenient, affordable, and effective treatments. We're expanding our services to include a comprehensive hormone optimization program, designed to help patients achieve optimal health and wellness through holistic, evidence-based hormone replacement therapy.

We're looking for an experienced telehealth physician with experience in hormone replacement therapy to join our growing virtual care team. This is a fully remote, contract (1099) position offering the opportunity to practice at the forefront of modern hormone health for both men and women. Our men's hormone optimization program will be launching first.

You'll provide personalized care to patients seeking treatment for various hormone-related concerns, including low testosterone, menopause, perimenopause, and other hormonal imbalances. You'll work within a streamlined, patient-centered platform designed to support clinical excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for hormone replacement therapy eligibility
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and hormone profiles
  • Review and interpret laboratory results to guide treatment initiation, continuation, and titration
  • Monitor patient progress through monthly follow-up consultations
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Stay current with best practices, treatment protocols, and emerging trends in hormone replacement therapy
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
  • Provide patient education on hormone therapy options, benefits, and potential risks
Qualifications
  • Active medical license in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, NJ, NY, OH, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., endocrinology, family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, or urology)
  • Current DEA license with experience prescribing controlled substances
  • Strong understanding of hormone replacement strategies and treatments for both men and women
  • Knowledge of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) protocols
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • 2+ years of experience in hormone replacement therapy or related field
  • Previous telemedicine experience
