ECCO USA LLC is excited to hire Call Center Sales Agents for our Home Warranty Sales Program supporting HomeServe! If you enjoy talking to people, making sales, and working in a fast-paced call center environment, this could be a great fit for you.


MUST HAVE CALL CENTER SALES EXPERIENCE AND MUST BE PROFICIANT WITH COMPUTER NAVIGATION.


What Youll Be Doing

  • Making outbound calls to existing HomeServe customers
  • Cross-selling and upselling HomeServe home protection products
  • Educating customers on benefits, coverage, and savings
  • Accurately documenting calls and sales
  • Meeting quality and performance expectations


Schedule

  • Paid Training: 1 week 10a-630p
  • After Training: 10a-630p


What Were Looking For

  • Call center and/or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Comfortable with outbound sales calls
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work onsite in Sanford, FL
  • Background check required
