MCL Talent Partners is sourcing candidates for a premier national client expanding across the Kansas City metro. This position focuses on B2B relationship building, benefit consultations, and client care for local business owners and their employees.

Great fit for people pivoting out of retail management, hospitality, shift supervision, warehouse leadership, or customer service. No prior corporate or insurance experience required.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Connect face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers
  • Conduct consultative presentations on voluntary employee benefits
  • Serve as a reliable liaison for enrollment and ongoing service
  • Track activity using CRM tools
  • Participate in coaching and team development

Qualifications
