Compensation: $22.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: Weekend Shift

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packaging Utility Operators for a premium pet food manufacturing partner in Little Falls, MN. This facility is one of the most advanced freeze drying operations in the pet food industry. In this role, you’ll help support production of high quality pet food and treats while working with a team committed to safety, quality, and efficiency. If you enjoy hands on, active work and like learning multiple production tasks, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do as a Packaging Utility Operator:
  • Produce batched recipes following exact specifications and tolerances
  • Inspect raw and in process materials for quality and recipe compliance
  • Perform pre operation checks, basic preventive maintenance, and process inspections
  • Support production operators by performing mechanical and manual tasks
  • Maintain clean machines and work areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and end of shift cleaning

What You Need to Bring to the Packaging Utility Operator Role:
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Able to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Willingness to wear steel toe boots and required PPE
