MCL Talent Partners is recruiting for a local agency that builds teams from the ground up. This is an entry-level, client-facing sales role with a path into account management and leadership for those who perform.

Day-to-day reality:

  • Meet with prospective and current clients in person
  • Present products and help them enroll
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Manage your own schedule, follow-ups, and pipeline
  • Work standard Monday–Friday business hours
