Assist with hardware installations and software implementations. Collaborate with team to provide support to onsite and remote users. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. What you will bring: Associate degree in computer-related discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred). Current IT certifications (i.e., CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.) preferred.
