Basic Qualifications:
-2 years of experience with computer technologies, including hardware, network, and software
-2 years of experience with supporting Wintel and Mac computers -Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X desktops, notebooks, tablets, peripherals, networking infrastructure, and operations -Knowledge of basic networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, and wireless -Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, Windows, including NetBIOS and WINS, 802.11 wireless, and 802.1x certificate authentication -Ability to demonstrate a moderately high level expertise in analysis necessary to collect and examine technical data from a variety of sources and to offer solutions -Ability to be highly proficient in oral and written English
