Job Description
Candidate must possess the following background and skill sets:
  • A college degree with a finance & marketing concentrations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including,Excel, Power Point skills
  • Strong ability to conduct financial analysis, & financial modeling
  • Solid organizational & time management skills
  • High motivation and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as being a team player
  • Experience in various sectors financial analysis is a plus
  • Experience in PE Funds, VC Funds, & Hedge Funds

The Senior Analyst we are seeking is tasked with Financial Modeling, researching, collecting and analyzing information which helps REO Capital make effective and profitable decisions on the PE Funds & Hedge Funds we raise capital for. We will consider, a analyst that has been employed by Private Equity firms, investment banks, non-banking financial companies and hedge fund firms. More often than not, analysts handle multiple projects and must have a background in multiple sectors of the market or industry segment, geographical area or class of investment.
Qualifications
Responsibilities will include:
  • Assist in executing the firm's Capital Raising transactions with marketing
  • Perform due diligence, credit analysis and financial analysis on PE Funds.
  • Prepare documents, marketing materials and memorandums
  • Research PE Funds & Hedge Funds Capital Raising projects.
  • Will also be responsible for some calling to raise capital for Funds we are working on.
  • Analyst will also be responsible for finding Funds that need a Capital Raise
  • Will need to analyze Financial Models on PPM's submitted by PE Firms.

Additional Information
