About the Job
If you love working with kids and want to kickstart a meaningful career in healthcare or education, you're in the right place. Aspire is seeking dependable, energetic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Dane County. No prior ABA experience? No problem -- we provide full, paid training to get you certified. Because we are a unique, multidisciplinary clinic, you'll work alongside and learn from experts in ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy. If you are looking for a supportive, family-run culture where your daily "to-do" list involves playing games, celebrating small victories, and helping kids thrive, we want to meet you.
As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Aspire, you are a vital member of a new and growing team who delivers 1:1 treatment for our clients (kids!). You will directly support the success and development for our clients and their families. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.
About Aspire:
Aspire was founded in 2015 by a clinician with the goal of providing speech therapy to families. Through feedback from families, additional service lines were added including OT, PT, Mental Health, feeding and pelvic floor services. We are dedicated to providing quality, comprehensive, clinical services to help support families succeed.
Perks:

  • Career growth:
    • We provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
    • Based on availability and performance, you have access to Student Analyst Supervision and support toward obtaining your BCBA credential.
    • Paid Training, RBT exam fee reimbursement, recertification costs covered, ability to shadow different professionals and explore your unique path.
    • Multi-Disciplinary Team: You have the support of, and connection with, teammates in ABA, speech, OT, PT, and mental health as well as the ability to explore paths into these areas of practice.
  • Work/Life Balance: Paid Time Off.
  • 100% Company-paid benefits (for employees averaging 30+ hours/week).
  • Insurance: Health, vision, dental, long term disability, and life insurance (for those averaging 30 hours or more per week.
  • Retirement Savings: 401K with company match
  • Mileage: Paid mileage between client's homes and/or the clinic.
What We Need From You:
  • Age: 18+ years required.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Dependability: Reliability is crucial for children's success.
  • Integrity: You will work in family's homes without constant supervision.
  • Engaging: Your time will be spent positively engaging with children who need your support.
  • Communication: Session notes will need to be professional and complete, and your team will need to hear from you in a timely manner.
  • Availability: Full-time, consistent availability (30+ hours, Monday - Friday).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, assist with client needs, perform various physical postures (sitting, kneeling, standing, getting up from floor) as needed for client safety.
