Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and driven Entry-Level Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate who is looking to launch their professional career in Revenue Cycle Management in US Healthcare, gain hands-on experience, and develop valuable business skills.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, eager to learn, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. No prior professional experience is required; internships, academic projects, volunteer experience, and extracurricular activities are valued.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work on the Billing Process per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Create, submit and follow up on claims and appeals per SOP
  • Call the payers and check the claim status per SOP
  • Manage assigned tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments, team members, customers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business materials.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions.
  • Learn company systems, processes, products, and procedures.

Qualifications
Required
  • Any of the Post Secondary Education/Certificate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude and willingness and ability to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred
  • Experience with data analysis, presentations, customer service, or project coordination.
  • Certification in Medical Billing
