Position Summary: Aetna Medicaid Administrators LLC a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Analyst, Informatics to Apply statistical techniques and health informatics principles to enhance healthcare data analytics solutions and develop trend reporting for CVS Health business units. Duties include: creates data driven solutions for various healthcare reporting assignments, business questions and strategic growth projects; engage with various business owners to comprehend, the submitted requests and generate insightful reports related to member outreach initiatives, state regulatory compliance audits, member enrollments and healthcare services utilizations by members, contributing to business development and enhancement; work within business Intelligence unit, including data analysis, data mining, manipulation, and report development, deployment and documentation. Analyzes large healthcare datasets using Microsoft SQL (SSMS), Visual Studio, Microsoft Excel (MS Excel), leveraging Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI for transforming data into meaningful reports and visualizations to meet healthcare business requirements and reporting needs; implement effective communication channels with business owners throughout report development and deployment periods, identifies key enhancements, modifies existing report functionalities, and implements code efficiency measures for an enhanced customer experience; collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams involved in healthcare projects for data modelling and analyses of healthcare claims, member and provider data to create robust analytical reports and tools and for optimizing the report development processes; and apply statistical and medical informatics, Medicaid insurance knowledge for enhancement of healthcare data analytics solutions, incorporating trend reporting by applying statistical concepts of correlation and regression. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Business Analytics, Health Informatics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Domain support for healthcare or retail organization; SAS or SQL; Relational database concepts; Contributing to large-scale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects; Data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector; Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes; Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases; Healthcare data management processes and techniques, including data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy; Product management in a large, matrixed organization with many internal partners; Informatica; Data visualization tools: Tableau or Qlik Sense; and MS Excel, including writing advanced Excel formulas and using conditional, vlookups/hlookups, sorting and filtering, array formulas, and VBA macros, pivot reporting, and conditional formatting. Pay Range: $72384.00/year to $145860.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
