As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You'll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is something we're proud of.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Operate and monitor production equipment 

  • Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery 

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance 

  • Accurately measure and scale ingredients 

  • Complete quality checks and record data 

  • Keep your work area clean 

  • Follows safety rules, SOP's and cGMP guidelines 

  • Performs other duties as assigned 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • High school diploma or GED preferred 

  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work 

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift 

SKILLS: 

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred) 

  • Comfortable using computers or tablets 

  • Able to read, write, and understand English 

  • Basic math and mechanical understanding 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Team-oriented and dependable 

  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens 

The approximate pay for this position is $22/hr.  Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
