Position Summary

The Product Analyst / Entry-Level will be part of the team in Nashville, TN. The Product Analyst's primary responsibility will include the continued transformation and optimization of the iMobile platform and Mobile Heartbeat application. Mobile Heartbeat is HCA's secure clinical communication tool used to communicate with staff around patient care. Our iMobile platform is a shared device iPhone model that hospitals utilize for-on-the-go technology needs. Job responsibilities will include operational support and product knowledge of Mobile Heartbeat, Nurse Call, and all integrated applications. Knowledge of mobile applications and the mobile platform (Apple and Android) are desirable. This role should be able to learn the products we are supporting, utilize/create project plans and participate in administrative, project and team development calls/meetings. Lead small projects from existing project plans including touchpoint/core meetings. Maintain/Create support documentation content.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee iMobile project plans and deliverables.
  • Create meeting content and facilitate project meetings.
  • Organize and prepare documentation that is detailed and project specific.
  • Create communication and education plans.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks and timelines are comprehensive and complete.
  • Participate with project leadership, business owners, ITG, and other team members in the definition and development of new or additional functionality to meet clinical needs.
  • Contribute to product knowledge base and other documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
    1+ year(s) of experience in Clinical Informatics preferred.
    1+ year(s) of experience in Hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
    OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
    Job may require travel from time to time but not on a consistent basis.
