Underwriting & Processing

  • Close a loan from start to finish in as little as 20 days.
  • UW and close Conventional, High Balance, FHA/VA

  • Processing can be done in house or bring your favorite processor with you!

Compensation Will Not Be Beat (Ever)

  • Uphold all company directives and standards.
  • Ability to pre-qualify clients and input information for disclosing.
  • Submit a complete file then move on to the next deal.
  • Interact with processing and UW to close loans fast.
  • Proven ability to market yourself in your surrounding community is a HUGE plus!
  • Being able to take direction and to be a true self-starter preferred. We will assist you as much as we can, but this is a rare opportunity and is as lucrative as you will personally make it.
