Job description

We're seeking a Marketing Apprentice to work directly with our Executive CMOs!

Not a "growth hacker." Not someone who wants to "leverage AI to 10x our pipeline." Someone who wants to learn marketing from the ground up by doing the work.

The best marketers start by mastering the basics: daily social media engagement, content scheduling, simple project coordination. The blocking and tackling most people skip on their way to a VP title.

This role requires a commitment of 10-15 hours per week (1-2 hours daily, including one weekend day). Designed for an undergraduate pursuing a marketing or communications degree who wants a real apprenticeship, not a resume line.

What you'll do:

Daily social media engagement and community interaction

Light project management and coordination

Support content workflows and campaign execution

Learn alongside senior marketing professionals at Kalungi

What you'll get:

Direct mentorship from the author of T2D3: How Some Software Startups Scale, Where Many Fail

Free access to the T2D3 Masterclass

Access to Kalungi's full library of tools, templates, and resources

A front-row seat to real marketing strategy across multiple SaaS companies

Requirements:

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Fluent in business English (written and spoken)

Available at least one hour daily between 9 AM - 12 PM EST Monday to Friday

Self-directed and genuinely curious about B2B marketing

Location: anywhere in the world (we pay based on merit, not location)

How to apply?

1. Share something you've created that you're proud of. Doesn't have to be mindblowing. Your social media presence, a blog post, a class project, a newsletter, anything that shows you care about the craft.

2. Create a short video (2-3 min) on what makes this the right fit for you. No scripts, no production value needed. I want to hear how you think.

Before you apply, do your homework. Check out our Co-Founder, Stijn Hendrikse on LinkedIn. Explore t2d3.pro.

This isn't a high-paying gig. It's an investment in your education. You'll learn more here in six months than in most entry-level jobs, because you'll be embedded with practitioners, not theorists.
