Job description

Lipscomb University is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for the role of Graduate Admission Counselor for our Online Pharmacy Program. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or those beginning their careers in higher education. The successful candidate will have an interest in health-related fields and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and professional goals. In this role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process and effectively communicate the unique advantages of Lipscomb’s Pharmacy program, including its innovative curriculum and distinguished faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for prospective students interested in the online pharmacy program, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the admissions process.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to attract a diverse and talented applicant pool.
  • Conduct engaging informational sessions, webinars, and campus tours to highlight the pharmacy program's unique offerings and advantages.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a seamless and supportive admissions experience.
  • Assist with the evaluation of applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with program goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospective student interactions in the CRM and track their progress through the admissions pipeline.
