Job description

Stop chasing miles and dealing with dispatchers who don't know your name. We are expanding our fleet and looking for professional Class A CDL drivers who want a predictable routine, top-tier W2 benefits, and guaranteed home time. Whether you are a seasoned driver looking for a better home/work balance or a recent graduate looking for a solid starting point, we have an assigned, modern truck ready for you.

Freight and Home Time

  • Freight Profile: 100% No-touch dry van (70% drop-and-hook / 30% live load)
  • Route Operations: The majority of freight runs East of I-35.
  • Restricted Areas: There is absolutely no New York City or 5 boroughs driving.
  • Schedule: 12 days out followed by 2 days home (every other weekend off).

Weekly Compensation and Earnings

  • Mileage Rate: $0.56 to $0.64 CPM based on verifiable experience.
  • Weekly Average: s $1,200 to $1,500 weekly.
  • Top Earners: The top 30% of our drivers average $1,700 weekly.
  • Direct deposit every Friday
  • Mileage Stability: Predictable road miles ranging from 1,700 to 2,300 per week.
  • Orientation: $300 orientation pay with all travel and lodging covered by the company.
  • Extra Policies: Pet and passenger rider programs are authorized from your first run.

Entry-Level Graduate Program

  • Paid Training: $650 paid every Friday via direct deposit.
  • Duration: 4 to 6 weeks of paid, one-on-one over-the-road training with a senior mentor.
  • Graduation: Upon successful completion of training, drivers immediately switch to $0.56 CPM.
  • Program Requirement: Must hold a minimum 120-hour certificate from an approved CDL school.

Equipment and Fleet Specifications

  • Equipment: Assigned 2022 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner automatic tractors.
  • Amenities: All units are fully equipped with APUs.
  • Fleet Policy: No slip-seating. Take-home truck policy is allowed.

W2 Benefits Package (Active after 30 days)

  • Full health insurance coverage including major medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans.
