Integrity Analyst

• This Analyst provides strategic direction to ensure program processes and controls meet mission goals. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, and addressing threats like fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement. The role requires strong Program Integrity strategy skills, technical understanding, industry perspective, and experience in expanding solutions through stakeholder collaboration.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
• Ability to lead projects or workstreams

The team

Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice serves government agencies, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, and other public sector organizations. Teams work across strategy, operations, technology, and transformation efforts to help clients improve mission outcomes and organizational performance. Professionals in the practice have opportunities to build specialized experience while working in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or an equivalent program
• Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
• You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.

Preferred:

• 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred
• Internship, project, or coursework experience in business, finance, or information systems
