Logistics business in the Baltimore area looking for a local developer who likes building things and solving real business problems. We're building internal tools, automation, AI agents, databases, and business systems using Microsoft technologies including Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform, and related tools. We're not looking for someone who watched a few YouTube videos or is trying to learn on the job. We need someone who has already done this in the real world and can jump in quickly.
What We're Looking For
  • Microsoft certification related to Power Platform or Copilot
  • Real experience building Copilot Studio agents
  • Strong Dataverse experience
  • Able to explain technical things in plain English
  • Local to the Baltimore area and able to work in-office
