Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate pre-crisis and crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards to ensure compliance and uphold the highest professional standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of client evaluations, ensuring that the clinical team has accurate information to guide treatment.
  • Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans for clients.
  • Engage in the licensing and accreditation process by participating in relevant training and continuing education initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison to social service systems, communicating effectively with state agencies and community partners to enhance service delivery.
  • Establish productive relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to further programmatic goals and secure funding for community-based initiatives.
  • Advance your professional skills by attending workshops, conferences, and meetings related to mental health practices and community engagement.
  • Demonstrate and integrate the organization's mission and values in daily operations and interactions with clients.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet clinic goals and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications
