Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Relationship Renewal Therapy, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the psychosocial needs of your senior clients, focusing on emotional, mental, and social factors that affect their well-being.
- Collaborate closely with clients and their families to create individualized care plans tailored to their specific goals, preferences, and challenges.
- Provide counseling and emotional support, helping seniors navigate life transitions such as retirement, loss, and health changes.
- Advocate for clients' rights and help them access community resources, ensuring they receive appropriate services and support.

Qualifications
