Job Description:

Maquoketa Care Center is looking for Certified Nursing Assistant's to reliably work evening shifts. We are currently looking to fill 2nd shift and 3rd shift. We offer a supportive environment with great benefits, flexible scheduling, and true, community-based nursing care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing quality care in a nursing home or rehabilitation center setting while joining a team of caring professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
  • Assist with rehabilitation exercises.
  • Assist in the transfer of patients from bed to wheelchair or other devices.
  • Document patient care in accordance with nursing home policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Valid CNA license
