The Role
We are currently seeking a full stack software engineer to join the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team. Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You'll join a full-stack team of engineers and collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver client-facing features that will set us apart from our competitors.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $107,000 - $168,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and key clients to define and deliver solutions that support and streamline user workflows
  • Work alongside senior software engineers to deliver features end to end, with strong opportunities for ownership
  • Coordinate with our web platform and design system teams to ensure our product is a seamless part of the Addepar user experience
  • Engage in the budding inner-source culture within Addepar, fostering standardization across the myriad of React, terraform and Python codebases within the company
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years full-stack development experience OR
    • 1+ years experience with front end development technology
    • 1+ years backend development experience
  • You care about delivering quality and value to clients in an agile manner
  • Python or Java development experience a big plus
  • Experience with React, web components, Svelte, and/or Ember a big plus
  • Full-stack, product engineering experience a big plus
  • Experience with gen AI for coding a plus
