Developer Team Lead (React / .NET)
Miramar, FL or Melbourne, FL
Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Developer Team Lead to help deliver high-quality solutions and support on-premise web application development. This role is ideal for a senior full-stack engineer who enjoys mentoring developers, solving complex technical challenges, and partnering closely with IT and business stakeholders.
This individual will report to the Chief Architect and serve as a technical leader for a team of approximately 12 developers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of ~12 developers
  • Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices
  • Develop proofs of concept and architect scalable solutions
  • Contribute hands-on to both front-end and back-end development
  • Support and enhance custom-built web applications (website, credit cards, compliance, legal)
  • Participate in the development of new applications, including initiatives involving Co-Pilot and PowerBuilder
  • Influence architecture, security standards, and delivery practices
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT leadership, and business stakeholders
  • Drive modernization and system enhancement efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Strong React and JavaScript experience
  • Solid .NET / C# development background
  • Experience with application design and modernization
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (mentorship, code review, technical guidance)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting custom enterprise applications
  • Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Co-Pilot
  • Experience working in on-premise environments
