Position Overview

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in event coordination, operations, or project support. The Event Assistant will help with the planning, setup, and execution of company events while supporting the operations team in day-to-day activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
  • Support attendee registration and guest services
  • Coordinate logistics with vendors and venue staff
  • Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment
  • Assist with scheduling and event preparation activities
  • Provide administrative support to the events team
  • Ensure a positive experience for attendees and clients
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
