Supports day-to-day production operations activities, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support daytoday production and warehouse operations during overnight shifts.

  • Monitor production workflows and report on operational activity.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting of standard production issues following established procedures.

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks.

  • Assist with material movement, order fulfillment, and general warehouse duties.

  • Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and operational procedures.

  • Communicate issues or delays to supervisors as needed.

  • Support continuous improvement through reliable execution of assigned tasks.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule

  • 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience required.

  • Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks.

  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Willingness to work overnight shifts on a consistent schedule.

  • Ability to follow procedures and work under close supervision.

  • Dependable, punctual, and safetyfocused.
