We specialize in all forms of water and wastewater general contracting including Job Order Contracting, Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Bid-Build, and Design-Builds throughout Arizona, Texas, Utah and New Mexico.MGC Contractors, Inc. is looking for an Data Entry Clerk for our Accounts Payable Department..The Data entry clerk will perform a variety of accounting clerical tasks related to the maintenance of payable account records, invoices, etc.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESAdminister and ensure that entered items have the correct job codes.Maintain proper back up files for research and reference.Monitor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date.Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data.Multi-task and work under time constraints.Any and all other tasks and duties assigned.
