Job description

Organizational Description:

The FSA is the precursor to a field service engineer 1; itโ€™s a training role structured to provide exposure to low-level instrument troubleshooting. The FSA primarily works on fulfilling the service organizationโ€™s preventative maintenance needs in the field. The FSA primarily assists with refurbishment activities in the shop and supports de-installs and some installations.

Roles and Responsibilities

-Learn and perform Preventive Maintenance in the field

-Learn refurbishment of instrumentation

-Take customer support calls

-Perform tasks around the shop

-Help organize and maintain cleanliness

-Perform installs and deinstalls in the field

Competency Requirements:

- High Diploma

- Mechanical and/or electrical experience preferred

- Computer Literacy

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid driver's license

- Must be at least 21 year's of age

- Ability to Travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
